1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

 Eligible for Return:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Opened or used items.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Return Request Timeline:

  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • To initiate a return, email us at partiesgalorein@gmail.com with:
  • Your Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (in case of damage or defect)

2. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
  • Approved Refunds will be processed and credited within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged product).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer. You will need to share your bank details.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • For urgent cancellations, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return an eligible item and place a new order.
